[Intel] Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro - i219 Ethernet Not Working

ISSUE RESOLVED!!! Updated bios from f11 to f12k.

I followed the Dortania guide and was able to install OSX Big Sur. Everything works except ethernet. The device does show up in system profiler as well as in the preferences. (See Screenshots Attached) It keeps switching its status from "cable unplugged" to "Not Connected" back and forth. I have tried other ethernet cables and no go. The ethernet DID work in Catalina. I have tried multiple versions of the intelmausi.kext and intelmausiethernet.kext. The string was added to my config.plist and the kext is in my EFI folder. I have tried Opencore 0.72 and 0.74 with the same results. I am kind of at a loss on this one. Maybe something in the generic SSDT from Dortania?

Attached is my config.plist. I have removed system serial number, systemUUID and MLB from the config.plist. Pictures of my EFI structure are also attached.

I have not gone through the cosmetic fixes or the USB mapping yet. I plan to do all that once i have time and can functionally use the machine with networking.


Any help is greatly appreciated. Normally i don't get stuck this hard.
